Sponsorship

The Police Unity Tour's primary goal is to raise funds and support for the National Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial. Each officer is required to raise a minimum of $1,500.00 to make the 250 mile trip. The Police Unity Tour, Incorporated is a non-profit organization under section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue code. The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial was founded in 1983 by members of the United States Congress, who wanted to recognize the services and sacrifices of all law enforcement officers throughout the United States. The Memorial, dedicated in 1991, includes the names of all law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. Police Unity Tour of Virginia, Federal Tax ID #20-4003246.

An “Official Sponsor” is an individual, family, local business or corporation that contributes $1500.00 or more.  An “Official Sponsor” would fully sponsor 1 Rider or 2 Support Team members for the Police Unity Tour.

We recognize these contributions by:

• Placing the donor's name on our support trailer for one year.
• Offering a gift acknowledging the significant contribution to the Tour.
• Placing the donor's name on this website for one year.
